Eligibility
- Personal Loans are available only for salaried individuals who meet the eligibility criteria of the respective
Bank/NBFC.
- Business Loans are available only for proprietorships, partnerships, and private limited companies.
- Insurance products are available as per insurer’s underwriting guidelines.
Fees & Charges
- Processing fees, interest rates, insurance premiums, and stamp charges are applied as per the rules of the respective financial institution.
- We do not collect any fees in cash or kind. All payments, if any, are to be made directly to the Bank/NBFC/Insurance provider.
Communication Consent
- By filling out forms, sending emails, or contacting us, you agree to receive communication via SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email, and Voice Calls related to our products and services.
Data Privacy & Security
- Your personal information will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We ensure data protection through secure systems and monitoring tools, but shall not be liable for any unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
- We shall not be held responsible for:
- Rejection of loan or insurance applications
- Delay in processing, disbursement, or policy issuance
- Interest rates, charges, or penalties imposed by the respective Bank/NBFC/Insurance provider
- Customers are advised to read all terms, conditions, and disclaimers provided by
the financial institution before availing any product.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page and shall be effective immediately upon posting.
